Photography

"I have always loved photography. Many people told me growing up, that I have a good eye. When I met my ex, A.B. Makk, in 1981, I had just won first and second prize for some of my photos in a event display. Little did I know at that time, that I would be involved in the art business and eventually creating paintings and photography for everyone to enjoy." - Sylvia Makk

Sylvia can often be found crawling around among plants or stooping down while walking along a street. Something always catches her eye and then she stops to get a close-up of what she sees. It can be a colorful leaf on a pathway, or a unique tree bark.  It's hard to fathom what she'll take a photo of, sometimes it's a rusty propane tank, another time it may be a cat with two eye colors! Going on a walk with Sylvia is never boring!

Living in Hawaii for 34 years, she caught many shots of beautiful sunsets, exotic flowers and plants.
